About the Role
We are looking for a Crypto Trading Engineer to build and maintain trading infrastructure for digital asset markets.
You will work on low-latency market data ingestion, strategy execution, risk controls, and integrations with centralized and decentralized exchanges. This role suits engineers who combine strong systems programming skills with a practical understanding of crypto market microstructure.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience building trading, market data, or fintech systems.
- Strong programming skills in Rust, Python, or Haskell.
- Experience integrating exchange APIs (REST, WebSocket) and handling real-time data streams.
- Understanding of order types, slippage, liquidity, and basic market-making concepts.
- Comfort working with production monitoring, logging, and incident response.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
Will be a plus if you have:
- Experience with DEX aggregators, AMMs, or on-chain execution.
- Background in quantitative research or algorithmic strategy development.
- Knowledge of blockchain mempools, MEV, and transaction simulation.
- Prior work in CeFi or proprietary trading environments.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain trading and market data services.
- Implement execution logic, risk checks, and performance monitoring.
- Integrate new venues, instruments, and blockchain networks.
- Collaborate with protocol and smart contract teams on DeFi strategies.
